Edith Kanaka`ole Stadium // Hilo, Hawai`i

Under the development of the County of Hawai`i, Isemoto Contracting and Torres Roofing constructed the renovations and additions to this existing multi-purpose stadium. Home of the annual “Merrie Monarch” hula festival, this building features HPM’s Custom Metal Roofing materials, which include custom batten curved metal roofing, arched trusses, and arched glulams.

Mohouli Senior Housing // Hilo, Hawai`i

This 13-building, 60-unit project developed by the State of Hawai`i shows HPM’s wall panels, trusses, and Custom Metal Roofing. Contractor Heartwood Pacific also included Simpson hardware, James Hardie Siding and Trim, Andersen windows, Masonite and Simpson interior and exterior doors, along with Kama`aina Cabinets from HPM.

Kaiser Permanente – Kona Clinic // Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i

Under the construction of Maryl Group, this 40,000 square-foot project  illustrates the use of HPM’s concrete accessories  including Perminator 15 mil vapor barrier, MDO form plywood and curing compound.

Kona Aircraft Rescue & Fire-Fighting Facility // Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i

Contractor Nan, Inc. facilitated this job using HPM supplied Perminator 15 mil vapor barrier for the 24,000 square-foot facility, which also includes two truck bays, a trailer bay, and a fueling area.

Luala`i at Parker Ranch // Kamuela, Hawai`i

Developed by D. R. Horton and built by Coastal Construction, this 3, 4, and 5-bedroom single-family home community was constructed with HPM’s steel framing studs and tracks, framing lumber, Ikaika I-Joists, and trusses. Other materials furnished by HPM included James Hardie Siding, MiraTEC Trim, and Simpson hardware.

University of Hawai`i at Hilo – Hale `Alahonua // Hilo, Hawai`i

The new 105,000 square-foot dormitory on the University of Hawai`i at Hilo campus consists of three, 3-story buildings that provide a total of 300 new dorm rooms for students. Under the development of the State of Hawai`i, Coastal Construction utilized HPM’s Ikaika I-Joists, Custom Metal Roofing, and trusses. Other materials furnished by HPM included drywall, Simpson hardware, and James Hardie Siding and Trim.

`Auli`i Packaged Home // Orchidland, Hawai`i

This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom,  854 square-foot home designed by HPM home package highlights the convenience and time savings that come with using HPM’s wall panels on a project.. It took Dana Williams Construction about 45-minutes to stand all exterior and interior walls.

Oceanview Builders, under the development of D. R. Horton, featured James Hardie Siding from HPMin this 800-unit single family home community.

Developed by D. R. Horton and constructed by Oceanview Builders, this 3, 4, and 5-bedroom single-family home community was built using lumber and Milgard windows from HPM.

Keaukaha Elementary School – Cafeteria // Keaukaha, Hawai`i

Under the development of the State of Hawai`i, GW Construction used HPM’s trusses to complete this 12,600 sq.ft. structure.

Arc of Hilo // Hilo, Hawai`i

Constructed by GW Construction, the Arc of Hilo was built with HPM Trusses, 8-3/4″ x 30″ x 50″ Glulams, and HPM Hi-Bor treated lumber.

North Hawai`i Hospice // Waimea, Hawai`i

The new North Hawai`i Hospice was built by Lowney Contracting. HPM wall panels were used and constructed with Louisiana Pacific (LP) LSL framing lumber. The exterior panels include sheathing and Simpson hardware installed.

Honoka`a Custom Home // Honoka`a, Hawai`i

This beautiful custom home located on the Hamakua coast of the Big Island was constructed by Hamakua Framing & Structure, Inc. Materials from HPM used in this project include, Ikaika I-Joist floor system and underlayment, exposed post and beams, exterior and interior doors, Hardie Plank/Panel siding & trim, Ipe Decking, T&G Cedar for exterior soffits, and HPM Custom Metal Roofing.

Waikoloa Kings` Land – Phase 3 // Waikoloa, Hawai`i

The third phase of the Waikoloa Kings` Land was constructed by DCK Pacific Construction, LLC. and Coastal Construction Co. Inc. Materials from HPM used in this project include, HPM wall panels, Louisiana Pacific engineered floor systems, framing lumber, wall sheathing, Simpson Strong Tie materials and James Hardi Siding.
