Christmas at Hulihe’e Palace

Habitat for Humanity West Hawaii and the Daughters of Hawai’i are proud to present the Second Annual Christmas at Hulihe’e Palace on Saturday, December 3, 2011.  This holiday celebration is at the historic Hulihe’e Palace located in beautiful Kailua-Kona with the royal gates opening at 6:00pm.

Proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity West Hawaii in their mission of building homeownership opportunities for low-income West Hawaii families and the Daughters of Hawai’i with on-going restoration and preservation efforts at Hulihe’e Palace.

Daughters of Hawaii was founded in 1903 by seven women who were daughters of American Protestant missionaries.  One of the first organizations in Hawaii to recognize the importance of historic preservation, they have had the distinguished recognition for work preserving Queen Emma Summer Palace in Honolulu, Hawaii and the Hulihe’e Palace.
