Competitive Pay

All HPM jobs are priced against the market and are reviewed at least annually to ensure our pay is competitive. Our minimum starting pay is $18/hour.

Employee Ownership

Through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), employees receive contributions of stock to their account each eligible year. As HPM grows and prospers, so do employee accounts.

Paid Time Off

HPM offers 15 days of paid time off, 8 paid holidays, up to 5 days of well-being leave each year, and 10 days of parental leave.

Home Ownership Program

Through our HalePlus Home Ownership Program, HPM buys the land, builds the home, and the owner-employee can then purchase the home at a discounted rate. We’ll even help you find the land.

Special Purchase Benefit

Employees receive a special discount on materials to build or remodel a home, or even purchase one of our factory-built homes.

Training and Development

We are constantly looking for relevant training opportunities to keep our employees informed and up to date on industry trends. It’s just one of the many ways we invest in them.

It expanded in 2006 when we became 100% employee-owned — a distinction held by only .00008% of all U.S. companies, and for which we’re extremely proud. We feel fortunate to be able to share our success with all who work at HPM and continue the legacy of caring for our team and the community to this day.
