HalePlus by HPM Factory-Built Homes

Factory-Built Quality. Built in Partnership. Your Home.

What Is HalePlus by HPM?

Dreaming of an ʻohana unit for your family? Ready to build your own home on Hawaiʻi Island? HalePlus by HPM makes it possible. Our factory-built homes combine quality construction with faster timelines and predictable pricing—helping you move into your new home sooner while working with trusted local contractors.

What Is HalePlus by HPM?

HalePlus by HPM is HPM Building Supply's factory-built modular housing program designed specifically for Hawaiʻi Island. Unlike manufactured or HUD homes, HalePlus homes are built to County of Hawaiʻi building codes in our controlled factory environment, then delivered to your site and installed by licensed local contractors on permanent foundations.

The result? A quality home that meets all local building requirements, completed in a fraction of the time of traditional construction—without compromising on craftsmanship or cutting corners.

Why Choose HalePlus by HPM?

Move In Months Sooner

Traditional home construction on Hawaiʻi Island can take over a year. With HalePlus, factory production happens at the same time your contractor prepares your site, cutting your overall timeline nearly in half. Less time waiting means you can start living in your new home sooner.

More Predictable. Less Stressful.

Building in our factory environment gives your project built-in protection. While your contractor prepares your site, your home progresses on schedule regardless of weather. The result? A more predictable timeline and fewer scheduling surprises.

Built to Last

HalePlus homes meet the same County of Hawaiʻi building codes as traditionally-built homes—and county inspectors verify construction right in our factory. These aren't temporary structures or lower-quality alternatives. They're engineered for Hawaiʻi's climate, designed for both low- and high-wind zones up to 135 mph, and built to be your home for decades to come.

Quality Finishes, Less Coordination

Your HalePlus home arrives with quality finishes already installed—from cabinetry and flooring to complete plumbing and electrical.
